The CPAT doesn't care about age, excuses or fear - it demands strength, grit and preperation.
CPAT Strong™ is a 10-week strength and conditioning program built specifically for women preparing for the Candidate Physical Ability Test.
Created by an active firefighter and strength coach who passed the CPAT at age 49 with time to spare, this program focuses on the exact physical demands of the test — stair climbs, heavy carries, hose drags, ladder raises, and working under fatigue.
Format:
- 10-Week structured training program
- 2 in person training sessions per week (60 min sessions)
Training Focus:
- Lower-Body and posterior-chain strength (stairs, sleds, carries)
- Upper Body pushing and pulling (hose drag, pushups)
- Core bracing and work capacity
- Mobility & injury prevention work
- CPAT-specific movement patterns
- Downloadable program access
Designed for Women Firefighters, firefighter candidates, and tactical athletes who want to build strength, stamina and confidence needed to pass the CPAT or any endurance test - and preform on the foreground.
Yoo don’t need to “train like the guys.”
You need to train smart, strong, and specific.
This program will help you:
- Build the strength needed for CPAT events
- Improve conditioning and recovery under load
- Increase confidence heading into test day
- Train with purpose — not guesswork
This program is designed to prepare your body for the physical demands of the CAPT. While passing the CPAT cannot be guaranteed, this program gives you the strength, conditioning and confidence needed to perform at your highest level.
