Women's Mental Health Ruck Walk

MP Strength & Conditioning is proud to host a Ruck Walk for Mental Health. This is a 2-mile community walk focused on connection, movement and mental health awareness in the Downriver area.

This is a non-competitive inclusive event welcoming woman of all fitness levels. Whether you walk weighted or unweighted, the goal is simple: show up and walk together.

This is the first official community event hosted by MP Strength & Conditioning and I’m proud be working side by side with Michigan's Premier Zumba Instructor, Tammy Kirk.

A portion of the proceeds will support women's mental health resources.

📍 Location: Civic Center Park, Woodhaven, MI

⏰ Registration and packet pick up begins at 9:30am. Warm-up 10:00am
